I grew up in Utah and Montana, living briefly in Wyoming. I met my husband shortly after relocating to California in 1987. I love my life here and call Fremont “home”. I homeschooled our four children who are now adults. They have all gone on to do wonderful things and are delightful people. We have added a beautiful daughter-in-law, 2 grandsons and a granddaughter to our family.
I grew up roller skating and became a certified skate instructor as an adult. I taught in-line skating through Fremont's recreation department. I have a “friendship garden” comprised of various plants gifted to me, over the years, by dear friends. I enjoy dancing “like no one is watching”. Disc golf, running hills, community theater and visiting California's historic sites are among my favorite things to do.
